A special event for blood donors was held at the Almaty City Blood Center to mark World Blood Donor Day.
The ceremonial gathering was attended by Marat Orynbasarovich Pashimov, Head of the Almaty Public Health Department, and Marat Kalimoldin, President of the “Parasatty Urpaq Ushin” Public Foundation and a member of the Almaty Public Council.
During the event, gratitude was expressed to donors who have been regularly donating blood for many years and contributing to saving thousands of lives. Certificates of appreciation and valuable gifts were presented to them.
The guests highlighted the importance of the blood donation movement for society and expressed their appreciation to citizens who voluntarily donate blood.
